Where do polar bears live ?

Polar bears live in the Arctic Ocean, near the North Pole. Interestingly, they never lived in Antarctica, although there is enough food and as much snow and ice.

Polar bears never slide on ice. Rough leather and wool on the soles of the feet provide them with adhesion to the ice.

Polar bears live at the North Pole, and penguins live in the South Pole. They will never have the opportunity to meet.

Gradual increase in the average annual temperature continues to make adjustments to the life of our planet. One species that is most affected by climate warming is the polar bear. The melting of the Arctic ice caused by the warming of the climate poses a serious threat to this unique mammal.
