What do seahorses eat ?
Seahorses feed on plankton. The smallest crustaceans they hunt down, funny spinning eyes. As soon as the victim approaches the miniature hunter, the seahorse inflates the cheeks, creating a negative pressure in the mouth and sucking the crustacean like a vacuum cleaner. Despite the small size of skates, great lovers of food and can be binge eating up to 10 hours a day.

Newborn fishes are completely independent and are removed from the parent couple.
