Sweet fruit, known in some countries as pomelit or oroblanco, a low-calorie product, in 100 g. of this fruit in total no more than 50 kcal. But, despite this, it well removes the feeling of hunger, which makes it an excellent product for weight loss. The composition of the suite includes: carbohydrates – 9 g, proteins – 0.70 g, fats – 0.20 g.

At the same time, Sweetie has high healing properties, it contains vitamins: C – 45 mg, B1 (thiamine) – 0.05 mg, B2 (riboflavin) – 0.03 mg, as well as a small amount of vitamins A and E, many minerals, especially potassium from 184 to 212 mg. as well as phosphorus – 18 mg, sodium – 3 mg, magnesium – 10 mg.

This combination of dietary and medicinal properties contributes to the fact that Sweetie can be used in various diets, especially for weight loss.

The fruits of the structure are similar in structure to grapefruit or pomelo. They have a rather thick peel under which there are slices of pulp covered with a dense inedible film, and eat the sweetener naturally after peeling it from the peel and films.

There are two ways to clean the fruits. The first one is just to cut the fruit together with the peel vertically into slices, after which to cut or peel the skin and films from each obtained segment. This is faster, but as a result, some slices will be cut, and juice will flow out of them.

The second way is to cut the peel, and then remove it by hand. After that, divide the core into slices and clear of the film. This is more time consuming, but you will get whole slices of pure pulp without films.
