perma STAR single-point lubrication systems consist of perma STAR CONTROL and perma STAR VARIO. perma STAR CONTROL is machine / PLC controlled, which can easily be integrated into machines with an external power supply. On the other hand, perma STAR VARIO works on batteries and operates automatically, independent of temperature and pressure, with a precise discharge.
perma STAR CONTROL and perma STAR VARIO consist of an electromechanical drive unit with an LCD display and an LC unit (available in four sizes 60 ccs, 120 ccs, 250 ccs, or 500cc).
perma FLEX
perma FLEX automatic lubrication system can be used for inside and outside applications at temperatures ranging from -4 °F to 140 °F (-20 °C to 60 °C). The discharge period setting is flexible and can be adjusted from 1 – 12 months using the dial on top of the lubricator. Perma FLEX is available in two main sizes, 60 ccs, and 125 ccs.
The lubrication system comes fully assembled and ready to use. Just turn the dial to the desired discharge period and the system will be activated.
perma NOVA
perma NOVA single-point automatic lubricator consists of a reusable control unit, a lubricant canister filled with grease or oil (with an integrated oil retaining valve), and a protective cover. The discharge period can be easily programmed by pushing the SET-button on this control unit. A temperature sensor periodically measures the ambient temperature and the control unit calculates the required gas generation based on this data.
perma FUTURA and CLASSIC
perma FUTURA and CLASSIC single-point automatic lubrication systems are suitable for areas that require hygiene or for harsh operating conditions, which may lead to the corrosion of metal lubricators or electronic systems. Due to their resistance to corrosion, they are especially suited for the food industry.
