Albania
From May 25 to September 30, 2014, Russian citizens can enter Albania without a visa if the purpose of the visit is tourism, transit, visiting friends and relatives, and the length of stay does not exceed 90 days.
Belorussia
For citizens of Russia, entry into Belarus is visa-free; it is enough to show a regular passport or passport at the border. When traveling by train from Russia to Belarus there is no border control.
Bosnia and Herzegovina
For staying in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russian citizens do not need a visa if the stay does not exceed 30 days within every 60 days from the date of the first entry, and the purpose of the visit is tourism, transit, visiting friends and relatives or a short-term business trip.
When crossing the border, you must show a passport valid at the time of entry into the country. Border guards are also entitled to request return tickets or tickets to a third country, an insurance policy or confirmation of the availability of sufficient funds for the entire period of stay in the country. However, in practice, border guards are rarely interested in these documents.
Cyprus
Persons planning to arrive in Cyprus through the airports of Larnaca and Paphos can apply for a “C” preliminary visa online at the website of the Cyprus Embassy in Moscow. The validity of a passport for a pro-visa must be at least six months at the time of application. During the day, consular officers check to see if the person who sent the request is blacklisted by the Cyprus Immigration Service.
If not, a confirmation will be sent to the applicant by email – the so-called Pro-visa with a unique number, upon presentation of which, upon arrival at Larnaca airport, a visa stamp will be put in the applicant’s passport. Moldavia

Serbia

Turkey
Citizens of Russia to visit Turkey for the purpose of tourism, private or short-term business visit, transit visa is not required if the period of stay in the country does not exceed 60 days.
Montenegro
Citizens of Russia for entry into the territory of Montenegro for a period of up to 30 days, a visa, as well as vouchers, invitations and other similar documents are not required, only a passport is required, which is valid for 3 months at the time of entry. In practice, however, it is enough for the border guards to present a passport valid for the period of stay in the country.
